Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, all our house cleaners in McKinney provide and carry all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

How are your rates set?

Rates are generally determined by the size of the home, the number of bathrooms and bedrooms, the frequency of cleaning, if there are pets in the house, and lastly, if it is a deep clean or move-in/move-out clean. In general, it is a flat fee for a specific, detailed, one-time, or deep cleaning.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients provide a key, a door code, or a hidden key, as long as you have discussed security arrangements.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Many companies try to assign the same person for consistency, but it depends on staff availability and clients' request. If a client want the same cleaner, we will do our best to accommodate

What if I am not satisfied?

Reputable companies offer a satisfaction guarantee, promising to return and re-clean areas within 24 hours after the initial clean, and our cleaners in McKinney will make amend at no charge.

How do you handle pets?

If you have pets, our cleaners do appreciate it when they are secured and that you pick up after them. We do not clean litter boxes or urine/feces from the floor, urine/feces is considered bio-hazard. There will also be an added $20 fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional cleaning service, therefore, Autumn Leaves House Cleaning Service, LLC does not offer refunds. However, please contact us within 24-hrs after the booking start time if you have any complaints about your cleaning service. We do not offer refunds, but we would offer you a free re-clean if we are notified within 24-hrs of the initial cleaning. Customers must list, with pictures, areas of the home that were missed during the initial cleaning. Any areas not listed within 24-hrs of the initial cleaning will not be honored in the re-clean. Also, customers may not add a new service to the re-clean without reaching our minimum new service requirement. Our free re-cleans will take place within 24-hrs to 48-hrs. The customer must be available to grant access to the cleaners for the re-clean.
